You’ll hopefully have noticed a new video on our front page called Mark’s story. We wanted to collect some of the stories of the people we have had the privilege of working with over the last couple of years. These weren’t meant to be promotional videos but we wanted to show the complex causes of homelessness and the determination needed to progress out. We hope you find the stories challenging and inspiring. We will be changing the videos fairly frequently so it is worth popping back every now and then to check the latest. This first story is Mark’s who became homeless in Manchester at a young age, was involved in gangs and his choice to take a different route in life. Thanks!

It was a real pleasure to host Martyn Maund (Icon) and the Grumpy Club at The Mustard Tree just before Christmas.  The Grumpy Club is made up of business men from across the city and they chose to have a Christmas meal here with us and the Mustard Tree community to raise money.  It was a real pleasure to have them here and we were very grateful when Martyn returned with a cheque towards the work of The Mustard Tree.Thank you Martyn and the Grumpies!
