Freedom Project Coordinator – Little Hulton Branch

There is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team with the Freedom Project.

The Freedom Project is a highly effective programme that works to help those with barriers to employment towards work readiness. The role involves supporting participants on the Freedom Project to progress into employment or further education or training, in a manner that values each individual and acknowledges their personal needs.

The role will be to establish the Freedom Project in our Little Hulton, Salford, branch. Ideally the candidate has experience of project management, working in partnership with agencies, as well as with people from disadvantaged backgrounds.  We are looking for a Coordinator who is highly motivated with excellent people skills.

Salary: £18,000 per annum
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days a week)
Contract: Permanent contract (subject to 6 months’ probation period)
