Dignity Project
The Dignity Project was set up to help those with limited or no income gain access to second hand furniture, household items, electrical goods and clothing. We work with referrers and individual clients to make furniture and household goods as affordable as possible, in some cases this can include the gifting of essential items.
The Mustard Tree aims to help restore dignity to the people who make use of this project, by only providing items that are in very good condition.
Delivery by The Mustard Tree van is arranged for just £5.
We also offer food parcels to those who are in an emergency situations. They may be living on the streets, in temporary accommodation, have just arrived in the country or be experiencing problems receiving benefits.
Usually provided as a ‘one-off’, this provision for some can literally be a life-line.
