Employment Training and Mentoring
We believe that training people can increase self-esteem as well as provide valuable skills to assist people into employment or help to cope with daily living.
The course runs for 20 weeks with 16 weeks based at The Mustard Tree followed by a 4 week placement with one of our partner employers.
Every participant is assigned a mentor for the 20-week period who will provide regular support and care. As part of the course all members are given access to specifically designed workshops around conflict resolution, budgeting, CV writing and job application skills. There is also a chance to take part in team building activities such as rock climbing.
